This bijou cottage is tucked away, perfect for solo travellers or a couple looking for a beach bolt-hole to unwind and relax. The tiled entrance hallway leads to the lounge area featuring exposed wooden floorboards and an open fireplace with a slate hearth.
The bright, nautical-themed, fresh double bedroom is chic and unique. A further two guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room.
Please note we are unable to provide hypoallergenic bedding at our properties.
Beach Cottage provides shared private-gated beach access, for morning strolls along the coast, and taking in the enchanting sea views. It is conveniently situated within easy walking distance of the many local amenities that North Berwick offers, with great places to eat and drink, art galleries to discover, and a range of independent shops to enjoy.
Neutral colours feature throughout the cottage, setting the stage for a soothing and relaxing stay. The tiled entrance hallway leads to the lounge area which features exposed wooden floor boards, and an open fireplace with a slate hearth, perfect for creating a cosy ambience when you can snuggle up and relax with a good book and a glass of wine.
Create home-cooked meals in the compact kitchen area appointed with an electric oven and hob, fridge and cooking utensils. If you plan to discover the best of the East Lothians' cuisine, take a short walk to one of the many excellent eateries that make North Berwick so attractive. Can’t cook, won’t cook is not an issue here!

Alternatively, if you prefer, you can opt to pay a £200 damage deposit 7 days directly with us before arrival. Your deposit will be held during your stay and refunded 5 days after departure, subject to an inspection of the property.

Bookings for 14-21 nights will receive one mid stay clean
Bookings for 21-28 nights will receive two mid stay cleans

East Lothian, the golfer’s paradise, isn’t called Scotland’s Golf Coast without good reason. This is home to some of the world’s greatest links, including the largest concentration of Championship courses anywhere in the world, such as Muirfield, The Renaisssance Club and Gullane – all just a short drive away, and North Berwick West Links is right on your doorstep. East Lothian has an incomparable selection of courses to suit golfers of all standards.
Central Edinburgh can easily be reached with a frequent train service, journey time 25 minutes.
Public parking in North Berwick can be complex as the rules vary according to season and year to year. We recommend following the signs upon arrival in North Berwick and also advise considering your options for this prior to check-in as it is unfortunately something we are not able to assist with on the day:
