Number 70 is situated on Haddington High Street above the small haberdashery shop, Fabrication. You will gain access to the flat through the main door, shared only with 2 other residents. Up one flight of stairs and first on your right is the main door to 70a. The door opens to a hall giving access to the bedroom, the shower room and the lounge/kitchen. The lounge/kitchen area is to the front of the property and a lovely bright room with double windows, one of which is a window seat giving a great spot to sit, relax and watch the goings on of the town below. There is also a comfy sofa and armchair making it a perfectly comfortable space to relax and enjoy some tv or a movie. A large cupboard off the lounge gives additional storage for jackets and shoes. The small but perfectly formed kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook up a storm and the fold away table and chairs make is possible to sit and enjoy a cosy meal for two.
