Small yet perfectly formed, traditional red sandstone seaside terraced cottage set just a hop’ skip and jump away from the sandy west beach, harbour and town of North Berwick. Its special location makes if a great getaway choice all year round.

Property Walk Through
This bijou cottage in its tucked away spot is just perfect for a couple looking for a beach bolt hole to unwind and relax. The tiled entrance hallway leads to the lounge area featuring exposed wooden floor boards and an open fireplace with slate hearth.

There is a double bed in the bright, nautical-themed, fresh bedroom and additional sleeping for an infant is also possible with a travel cot. Please state and book a travel cot if you require this extra. An additional two guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room.

Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding at our properties.

With a shared private gated beach access and situated within easy walking distance of the many local amenities that North Berwick town has to offer, great places to eat and drink, art galleries, individual shops you couldn’t wish for anything more to enjoy this special part of East Lothian.

Neutral colours feature throughout. The tiled entrance hallway leads to the lounge area featuring exposed wooden floor boards, an open fireplace with slate hearth perfect for making those cooler nights cosy, when you can snuggle up and relax with a good book and a glass of wine.

Create simple meals in the compact kitchen area appointed with an electric oven and hob, fridge and cooking utensils if required or walk the short distance into one of the many excellent eateries that make North Berwick so attractive. Can’t cook, won’t cook is not an issue here!

Bookings for 14-21 nights will receive one mid stay clean
Bookings for 21-28 nights will receive two mid stay cleans
