Rooftops is a modern, spacious top-floor apartment centrally situated in the popular coastal town of North Berwick. Not only is Rooftops located close to independent shops, high-end restaurants and bars it is also a stone's throw from North Berwick's beautiful beaches and within easy reach of all the wonderful East Lothian golf courses.

Relax in Rooftops' lovely large, bright rooms. The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area enjoys fabulous sea views over the rooftops towards Craigleith, the Firth of Forth and over to Fife. This open-plan area is not only a great place to enjoy the ever-changing sea views but also a great social and entertaining space; the dining table comfortably seats 4. The property is beautifully decorated throughout and benefits from full central heating, a wood-burning stove, smart Television and WiFi. No matter the weather, our guests are sure to enjoy a warm and comfortable seaside break at this holiday apartment.

Boasting two large, bright bedrooms, the apartment offers two super king-size beds. These can also be split into single beds through the magic of “zip-link” mattresses making this property extremely versatile for your group's needs.

Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding at our properties.

Rooftops also enjoys a spacious bathroom with a large bath, walk-in shower and twin wash basins.

Bookings made at this property require a £200 damage deposit, which will be due 7 days before check-in. Providing there are no deductions to be made from this, the payment will be refunded 5 working days after departure.

Please also note complimentary mid stay cleans (including the provision of fresh linen and towels) will be provided as follows:
Bookings for 14-21 nights will receive one mid stay clean
Bookings for 21-28 nights will receive two mid stay cleans

    Beautiful apartment, with amazing views of the sea. Great location on the High Street in North Berwick. Loved the log burner, and the great ambience of the apartment. Lots of great walks nearby, to the beach, along the coast, up North Berwick Law. And kept on coming back to the apartment for those lovely views of the sea! (Booking.com)
