The Beach House sits in a fantastic position overlooking North Berwick’s main beach, Milsey Bay. This exclusive first floor, 4 bedroomed home sits in a fantastic position overlooking North Berwick main beach. The property looks directly North across the Firth of Forth to the coastline of Fife in the distance and North Berwick’s famous Bass Rock just off shore.
This property is a 'double upper', with access from the first floor. A private courtyard with seating and professional BBQ leads on to a staircase up to the front door. Step inside to a light hallway with views of the bay then on to the main living area which enjoys spectacular views over the beach and onto the famous Bass Rock. The main bedroom is on this level, with the main bathroom a few steps down. Further bedrooms and bathrooms are found up another set of stairs on the second floor.
The property has been extensively renovated and is stylishly decorated through out with quality furnishings and floorings the overall picture is of a simply, stunning property. it is complemented full heating and a fully equipped kitchen. All in all creating a warm and luxurious holiday home whatever the weather.
Large comfortable sofas at one end of the open plan living space create a perfect seating space to either watch television or simply relax watching the ships pass by or admire the beach and Bass Rock through the 3 picture windows. In the middle of the room is a table and chairs to seat 4 whilst at the far end of the living space is a large dining table which can comfortably seat 10 – the perfect setting for a gathering of friends.
This is a large and spacious living area which shares its space with the open plan kitchen making it a perfect space for entertaining or simply relaxing. This well equipped kitchen with modern kitchen units, extractor, central island enjoys all the mod cons and integrated appliances including a dishwasher, coffee makers (Miele and Nespresso), and wine refrigerator. There is a small utility room, perfect for drying and storage and has a Washing Machine and separate Tumble Dryer.

The Beach House has four large, beautifully decorated double bedrooms, two having stylish ensuite full bathrooms and the other two sharing a large bathroom with views across the forth.

Alternatively, if you prefer, you can opt to pay a £800 damage deposit 7 days directly with us before arrival. Your deposit will be held during your stay and refunded 5 days after departure, subject to an inspection of the property.

The property is a "double upper". It is accessed by a stair at the rear of the property. The entrance, hall, lounge, dining room, utility room and main bedroom are on the 1st floor. There is then a small set of steps down from this level to the main bathroom. The 3 further bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are up another set of stairs on the 2nd floor.

Central Edinburgh can easily be reached with a frequent train service, journey time 25 minutes.
