Recline on the comfortable sofas in the large bright living room with a large flat-screen TV, WiFi and views over towards the Glen Golf Club. Prepare meals and snacks during your stay in the sleek, open fully equipped kitchen housed towards the rear of the property. The dining area connects to the kitchen space, which comfortably seats 4. The kitchen also has a second large flat-screen TV. Should you need to freshen your laundry, the separate utility room gives additional storage and includes a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The property is beautifully decorated throughout with feature wallpaper and a sophisticated feel. Floor and central heating create a really warm, comfortable holiday home for you to enjoy, whatever the weather.

This is home to some of the world’s greatest links, including the largest concentration of Championship courses anywhere in the world, such as Muirfield, The Renaissance Club and Gullane – all just a short drive away, and North Berwick West Links is right on your doorstep. East Lothian has an incomparable selection of courses to suit golfers of all standards.
Central Edinburgh can easily be reached with a frequent train service providing a journey time of 25 minutes.

In Balfour Street itself, there is a 4-hour restriction on free parking from June to September.
Public parking in North Berwick can be complex as the rules vary according to season and year to year. We recommend following the signs upon arrival in North Berwick and also advise considering your options for this prior to check-in as it is unfortunately something we are not able to assist with on the day:
