No 70 is the perfect holiday home for a couple or solo traveller taking a break in the market town of Haddington. The town is home to a host of attractions, independent shops, cafes and restaurants and the property allows easy access to the fantastic coast and countryside of East Lothian. The property is also conveniently located 20 miles from Edinburgh where you will find more historic attractions, cultural events and luxury shops.
No 70 is a first-floor, one-bedroom flat which has recently been upgraded and superbly furnished. Everything in this holiday apartment is of high quality, including a clean and powerful shower with plenty of hot water and storage space. The quiet double bedroom, situated at the rear of the property provides a comfortable and cosy double bed with additional pillows and quilts, storage and a dressing area.
Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding at our properties.
Bookings made at this property require a £200 damage deposit, which will be due 7 days before check-in. Providing there are no deductions to be made from this, the payment will be refunded to your card 5-7 working days after departure.
Please also note complimentary mid stay cleans (including the provision of fresh linen and towels) will be provided as follows:
Bookings for 14-21 nights will receive one mid stay clean
Bookings for 21-28 nights will receive two mid stay cleans

No 70 is reached via one flight of stairs. The apartment door opens to an entrance hall giving access to the bedroom, the shower room and the lounge/kitchen. The lounge/kitchen area is located at the front of the property and is a lovely bright room with double windows. One of these is a window seat giving a great spot to relax and watch the world go by. There is also a sofa and armchair making it a perfectly blissful space to relax and enjoy watching TV or a movie. A large cupboard off the lounge provides additional storage for jackets and shoes. The small but perfectly formed kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook up a storm and the fold-away table and chairs make it possible to sit and enjoy a delicious meal for two.

Haddington is located on the River Tyne and has a golf course, tennis courts and swimming pool. Scotland's 'sunshine coast' and beach at Luffness is situated 6.5 miles from the apartment.
The historic Dirleton Castle and Tantallon Castle are a short drive away while East Links Family Park, a family-friendly park with animal enclosures, train rides, go-karts, and much more, is around 10 miles away.
You can park for free on the High Street directly outside the apartment. There are some parking restrictions during the day, so please check the signs. If you wish you can use the long stay car park at the far end of the Tesco car park which is located a couple of minutes walk from the apartment.
The Edinburgh bus stop is directly opposite the flat and will take you to the heart of the Scottish capital in just 40 minutes.
The apartment is on one level but accessed up 1 flight of stairs.

We spent a wonderful week at number 70. It was very clean and cosy with a very comfy bed, with everything we needed to cook and relax.
The flat was perfectly situated on the high street which has lots of independent shops and also right by the bus stops so we did not have to rely on our car. The buses go regularly to Edinburgh and the coast at Dunbar.
There is also ample free on-street over night parking & long-stay at Tesco’s (5 minute walk).
We will certainly be back as number 70 was the perfect bolthole for us to stay near family and also explore beautiful East Lothian.
