Seaview Loft is a great luxury holiday rental for exploring East Lothian and taking advantage of the beach, seafront, and all the independent businesses Dunbar has to offer. There’s plenty to do to suit everyone! Situated in the High Street conservation area of Dunbar (AKA ‘Sunny Dunny’), Seaview Loft is a unique, charming and beautifully decorated contemporary third-floor holiday apartment that can sleep up to four people.
With a coveted, central location in the seaside town of Dunbar, this is a great base for exploring Edinburgh and East Lothian.

Bookings made at this property require a £200 damage deposit, which will be due 7 days before check-in. Providing there are no deductions to be made from this, the payment will be refunded to your card 5-7 working days after departure.

A double bedroom features comfortable twin ‘zip-and-link’ beds which can become a king-size bed depending on your group's needs.
The spacious master bedroom features a king-sized bed that can be transformed into twin beds if required.
Enter the main door and climb two flights of stairs.
At the top of the stairs, you’ll find a handy space for boots and jackets, along with a utility area where the washing machine, freezer and ironing facilities reside. Go through the door in front of you to enter the main L-shaped hallway.
The first room you’ll come to on the left of the hallway is the lounge and kitchen area. This is a bright, spacious and beautifully decorated room with a peaceful deep blue colour. This space has lots of quirky, original touches (the kitchen tap is a feature all of its own!) and fantastic, idyllic sea views.
In the lounge, relax on the comfortable leather sofa and single blue velvet seats – which perfectly match the decor – along with a coffee table, TV and DVD player, handy side-table unit and mirror. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay.
Taking the hallway round to the right, the next room you’ll come across is the bathroom, featuring stylish art deco flooring, a rainfall-style shower, and a bath with shower attachment. This room also has lovely sea views that you can admire when brushing your teeth in the morning!
Continuing down the hall, you’ll come to the double bedroom on the right. It features comfortable twin ‘zip-and-link’ beds which can become a king depending on your needs, making this a very flexible room. There’s also plenty of space for clothes storage.
Follow the hall to the end and you’ll come to the spacious master bedroom – again featuring a king-sized bed that can be transformed into twins if necessary. This is an elegant bright space, featuring an open-plan closet with plenty of room for hanging clothing. There’s also a handy desk for using a laptop or writing some postcards to loved ones!

Seaview Loft makes for the perfect base to explore all that East Lothian, Scotland's 'sunshine coast', has to offer. It is also conveniently located near public transport links, with Scotland’s capital city of Edinburgh situated around a 30-minute bus or train ride away.
Parking on the High Street is restricted during the day. However, overnight there is free, unrestricted parking on the High Street or in the residential streets just off the High Street.
This property is accessed by 2 flights of stairs. It is not suitable for those with mobility disabilities.

Location was great, right on Hgh Street with cafes, shops and bars all around. The apartment was bigger than expected and great views of the sea from the kitchen/bathroom. Clean and all the mod cons that you expect. (Booking.com)

Very clean and tidy. Organised well. spacious. It was a very homely feeling to stay there. Location was good and there were shops nearby. I would love to mention about Carlene and her husband. They are very helpful and lovely. (Booking.com)
