LIVING AND DINING AREA
The living area at Broadands View offers spectacular coastal views from the feature bay window, as well as the ideal spot for watching golfers. After a day of exploring East Lothian’s coastline, or perhaps our capital city, Edinburgh, choose from the window seat or the comfortable sofas and settle down to enjoy films on the smart TV.
If you would prefer to have a break from technology during your time with us, there is a telescope for bird watching, as well as a Bechstein grand piano, Roland electric piano and sheet music for our musical guests.
Moving through to the kitchen and dining area you will find a traditional wooden dining table seating up to 4 guests. In the sleek, modern kitchen there is all our guests need for their self-catering break, including a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This property offers two en-suite bedrooms for your night’s rest, both with walk-in showers. Feel refreshed after a relaxing night with high quality bd linens.
There is also a sleek family bathroom for guests to use with bath and overhead shower.
The expansive grounds at Broadsands View include communal gardens to the front and rear of the property. Impeccably maintained sloping lawns lead to views of across the golf course and to the East Lothian coast. The grounds also offer easy access across the 6th fairway onto the beautiful Broadsands Bay. Be careful of flying golf balls!

Please note all bookings are required to pay a £250 refundable damage deposit 7 days before arrival. This will be refunded 5-7 working days after departure, subject to a property inspection.
Please also note complimentary mid stay cleans (including the provision of fresh linen and towels) will be provided as follows:
Bookings for 14-21 nights will receive one mid stay clean
Bookings for 21-28 nights will receive two mid stay cleans

This beautiful 2-bedroom, ground floor apartment offers spectacular sea views. Once inside the apartment the en-suite bedrooms are to the left and right, with the living room and kitchen are straight ahead. Off the kitchen area there is a utility room and larder.

East Lothian has an incomparable selection of courses to suit golfers of all standards.
Central Edinburgh can easily be reached with a frequent train service, journey time 25 minutes.
